The aroma of tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic, basil, rosemary, parsley, thyme, oregano, and bay leaves roasting in the oven is penetrating the whole house. Everything is from our garden except the bay leaves.

Oh my goodness, my mouth is watering; what are you making? The veggies alone are looking like a most delicious salad.
Pam, I roast them in the oven and put it through a food mill and make spaghetti sauce to can.
