My DH is on the mend, this was a short flu and hope it stays that way.
Made some scones this morning, it has been awhile since making them. My DH has been hungry for them again. We enjoyed the homemade hamburger buns last night, although I need to make them a little smaller next time.
Finally got to cleaning out our upright freezer this afternoon and getting it defrosted. Feels good to get out the out dated food and things gone through. I have pretty much everything stocked up to last us for most of the winter. The garden has done very well this year and have been getting staples bought up and stored away.
We are having a rainy cloudy day (has snow this morning) so left over chili will be on the menu for supper tonight.
