Chicken Pary

I love chickens and when I saw the chicken party that Sheila is having just had to play along.
My mom had chickens and I have had them in the past.  Someday it may work out to have them again.
So for now my chickens live in the kitchen!

This one hangs behind the kitchen table.

The next few are salt and pepper shakers given to me by a friend, they sit above the patio door on a shelf.
Chickens do like to roast up high!

This pair really like it under the plant stand.

My mom use to sell eggs and checked the size on this scale, it was always so much fun to see how large the eggs were.

This fellow sits next to the chicken wire basket on the counter.
He keeps an eye on the oils and vinegars!

Mr. & Mrs. Rooster sit on the kitchen table with the runner.

These three girls sit on top of the refrigerator.

My spoon holder.

A set of chicken serving plates.

The last is a towel that covers my mixer, given to me by a friend who is in Africa serving as missionaries with her family.   A great reminder to pray for them.

Hope you have enjoyed my chickens, it has been fun sharing them with you!

Stop on over and visit Sheila and play along!!
